Samantha (Sam) oversees strategic operations for the ADVi chatbot and virtual advising services. She is passionate about leveraging educational tools to bridge access to equitable education.

ADVi Operations Coordinator
Nathan manages operations and support needs for ADVi and helps develop content for student messaging. He is passionate about breaking down information barriers that many students and families face when navigating the college and career exploration process.

Stephanie V. oversees the ADVi virtual advising team. She is passionate about helping students attain their educational and professional goals.

Stephanie M. provides advising support to ADVi students with a focus on those needing TASFA support. She’s passionate about working with students returning to school after a respite and those wishing to transfer to universities from community colleges.

Tanya provides advising support in English and Spanish to ADVi students with a focus on a variety of post-secondary paths. She is passionate about mental health and the role this plays in an individual’s academic journey and beyond.

Virtual Advisor
Alely has been providing advising support to ADVi students since 2020. She provides advising support in English and Spanish and specializes in financial aid and FAFSA. She’s passionate about encouraging students to accomplish their educational and life goals and helping them overcome any obstacles in their path.

Sergio provides advising support to ADVi students with a special focus on transitioning to postsecondary education and alternative pathways after high school. They are passionate about supporting students to-and-through their academic and career journey.

Evan provides thorough, text-based support to ADVi students. He specializes in college admissions and alternative pathways to college. Evan is passionate about providing every student with the knowledge and preparation they need to reach their ideal postsecondary goal.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (CDT)
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CDT)
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
ADVi advisors are available to assist with answering students’ questions about public institutions in Texas. Although ADVi is available 24/7, ADVi’s human support team is only available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CDT)
